GCS Web Client is the GlobalComServer platform "light" interface. Thanks to its multi- communication concept, you will communicate in a simple and easy way by FAX, E-mail, SMS, TELEX.
Use your web browser as client interface
Just print
GCS Web client works in an Internet Explorer environment. Print from your desk application and your Explorer interface will be automatically launched on the page to send.
Using attachments is also an excellent way to send your Graphic documents
Multi-companies
Specifically designed for call centers, the multi-companies function allows management of users in theirs daily work. One user to one group association.
With the movement function, the user can attach himself to another group or company.
Supervision is restricted to group administrators.
Broadcasting
Broadcasting of messages is its job ! Addressee list creation and broadcasting of your document by FAX, SMS, E-mail or TELEX -- this is the GlobalComServer power.
