Sending documents easily
The GCS Web TSE Client works in an Internet Explorer environment. To send a document from your office automation applications, you « print » to GCS and your Internet Explorer interface will be automatically launched and opened to the browser page used for sending documents. There is only one printer for all of the workstations.
Additional documents can be sent as attachments, and the system provides an excellent method for broadcasting documents to many recipients.
Multi-companies
Especially applicable for call center applications, the « multi-company » function allows management of each company's daily usage. Usage management can be for an entire company or for groups within a company.
With the « tracking » function, a user can attach himself to another group in the same company.
Supervision is reserved for the designated administrators of each group.
Broadcasting
Broadcasting documents to many recipients is our speciality ! Just create a list of destinations, and broadcast your document by Fax, Telex, SMS or by E-mail to see the power of GlobalComServer.
